How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order in the following ways:

  • Message “CANCEL – *12 digit order number*” via SMS or WhatsApp on +91-9566012018
  • You can also send an e-mail to help@coveritup.inrequesting the same

  

Cash on Delivery Orders:

If unfortunately, you have to cancel your order, it can be done within 4 hours of placing the order. Since our production team has borrowed powers from flash, we make your cases superfast. However, in certain cases, the order might have already been shipped before we cancel your order and cancellations might not be possible.

If you still wish to not accept the order, we request to reject the package upon delivery. ­(If you are likely to be away from home on the day of delivery, please keep your family informed about the cancellation, because an order once delivered, cannot be returned)

Prepaid Orders:

In case you wish to cancel a prepaid order due to any reason, it can be done within 4 hours of placing the order.You can opt for a refund in your Cover It Up wallet, or in your original payment method. Please note that it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 5-7 business days for the refund amount to show up in your original payment method.

I WISH TO CHANGE MY ORDER. WILL IT BE POSSIBLE?

Change of Items in Order:

The products in a Cash On Delivery orders cannot be modified. They will be cancelled by us upon request within 4 hours of placing the order, and you can place a fresh order again.

If you have prepaid for your order, you can write to us on help@coveritup.in or call us on +91-9566012018, for any changes to be made to the items in your order.

NB: Changes to an order can be made only if it has not been shipped.

Change of Shipping/Contact Details:

You can change your shipping address or contact details by emailing us on help@coveritup.inor by calling us on +91-9566012018.

Please be informed that changes can be made to the shipping or contact details without any doubt, if it has not been shipped already. In case it has already left our facility and is in transit, please contact us on our helpline number. Our customer care team will certainly try their best to solve this for you along with our shipping partner.

REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY:

What are the terms of the Return/Exchange Policy?

Please do not self-ship any product back to our facility unless confirmed by our Customer Experience Team.

Phone Cases:

  • In case of manufacturing defects:
  1. If you believe that you have received the incorrect item, or if you are facing any issues such as bad fitting, damage during shipment, manufacturing defects, first of all, we are sorry. Second of all, you can send an email to help@coveritup.in within 4 days of receiving the product, so we can resolve the issue immediately.
  2. While sending us an email, please attach necessary photos and videos that may describe your issue better. This will also help us speed things up.
  3. Once our Customer Experience Team has investigated and confirmed the same, they willhelp you with a free replacement or a full refund of the product amount paid by you, in your Coveritup Wallet.

  

  • In case of any other issues:
  1. If you are facing any other issues, please write to us at help@coveritup.in. Our customer care team will have you sorted with all possible customized solutions.

  

Apparels:

  • In case of manufacturing defects:
  1. If you believe that you have received the incorrect item, or if you are facing any issues such as bad fitting, wrong item received, manufacturing defects, first of all, we are sorry. Second of all, you can send an email to help@coveritup.in within 4 days of receiving the product, so we can resolve the issue immediately.
  2. Once our Customer Experience Team has investigated and confirmed, we will create a reverse pickup for the same. The product will be reverse picked up from you in 2-3 business days. Once we receive it back in our facility, the product will go through a quality check, after which, we will dispatch the changed product to you.
  3. Please be informed that the new item will be delivered at your doorstep free of cost but it all depends on the availability of the item in the stock.

Laptop Sleeves:

Unfortunately, we do not have a return/exchange policy for laptop sleeves unless there is a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been sent. We won’t be able to replace/exchange if you have by mistakenly ordered the wrong product or size. We request you to check before placing the order. The dimensions mention in the website are accurate and do not have any buffer.

WHAT PRODUCTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT?

The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

  • Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
  • Any product that is used.
