How do I cancel my order?

 No worries. If unfortunately you have to cancel your order, please do so within 4 hours of placing the order by sending us a SMS or a whatsapp text on +919566012018 or an e-mail to help@coveritup.in, because our dispatch is uber-efficient and does not kid around.

 In case you have already paid for your order and wish to cancel the same within 4 hours of placing the order, refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order. (As per Bank/Payment gateway norms.)

 

I wish to change my order. Will it be possible?

 Change of order is possible only incase of a prepaid order, incase of a COD order you can always help us cancel your order and a new order can be placed.

You can always update your confirmed order (before the order is processed), but unfortunately you cannot add any more products to your order once the order is confirmed. However, if you wish to make any changes or edits in your order (before the order is processed), please write to us at help@coveritup.in. Our customer care team will have you sorted with all possible customized solutions.

 

I wish to change my contact details. Will it be possible?

You can always update your address or contact details (before the order is shipped) by sending us an e-mail to help@coveritup.in. Post shipping of your order if you wish to make changes in the contact details, please write to us at help@coveritup.in. Our customer care team will have you sorted with all possible customized solutions.  

 

Refund & Replacement Policy : 

 What are the terms of the Return/Exchange Policy?

  • We do hope you don't have to check this section too often, but we really love you a lot! So, we have decided that we would provide free replacements for any manufacturing defects (for which we would want images/videos to understand the same) reported to Cover it up within 15 days of delivering the order (which we believe there wouldn't be any)
  • Keeping hygiene in mind, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
  • Defective products need not be sent back to us, unless confirmed by the Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images/videos at help@coveritup.in and we will get back to you within 48-72 working hours.

 

How does the Return/Exchange process work?

  • You can only apply for a Return/Exchange by sending us an e-mail to help@coveritup.in
  • Self-Ship: If we don't offer a pick up for your particular pincode, we request you to self-ship the product to us. In such cases, we will credit 100 Reward Points in your account in lieu of the shipping costs.
  • After we receive the package and perform all the necessary quality checks, we will refund the product amount to you as Points in your Cover it up wallet. You can use these points while placing a fresh order on the website. Refund of Shipping and COD charges is not applicable.

 

How do I self-ship the products?

  • Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.

  • On receiving the product at the warehouse, Reward Points will be credited to your account along with 100 Points for Courier Charges.

PLEASE NOTE: Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.

What products are not eligible for return or replacement?

 The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

 1. Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product

2. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.

3. Any product that does not have the UPC (Universal Product Code) along with its original packaging.

4. Any product that is used.
